Here, the cosmic vibration (Nāda) resonates with the inner self (Ātman) through sacred music (Saṅgīta). This program invites you to explore this profound union, awakening your spirit through sound, movement, and meditation.



Nine Days Course-Retreat Schedule & Highlights

November 22nd–24th:
Module A -Day 1 : History of Bowls and use .
Module A-Day 2 : History of Planet Frecuencies .
Module A-Day 3 : How does sickness come about and why singing bowls and vibrations work in therapy , and energy workers view.
In Module A, there will be teachings in practice about the Relaxation Therapy.
Daily sound healing classes run from 9 AM to 5 PM with a break for the lunch.





November 25th
This day of the retreat is thoughtfully placed between two modules of sound healing teachings, creating a harmonious balance of learning, experience, and inner peace.
Our day begins with a gentle morning yoga session designed to awaken the body and prepare the mind for a day of deep reflection and healing. After yoga, we enjoy a nourishing breakfast together, fostering a sense of community and grounding.
Following breakfast, we embark on a serene excursion to a nearby national park, where the natural beauty and tranquility provide the perfect backdrop for mindfulness and connection with nature. For those interested, there is an optional visit to a nearby Buddhist stupa, offering a sacred space for contemplation and spiritual reflection.
Alternatively, participants may choose to spend this time in quiet solitude, allowing for personal reflection and rest. As the day winds down, we gather for an evening meditation session, guided by the soothing sounds of healing bowls, helping to calm the mind and prepare the body for restful sleep.

Module B -Day 1 What does Therapy mean actually ?
Module B-Day 2 :Human Biography, The unfolding of the Human Archetype throughout life .
Module B-Day 3 : Sun and Moon and the Draconic Nutation Circle relevance in Human Life.

Peter Effenberger
A master of sound therapy for two decades, Peter is an expert in sound treatments. His techniques are based on the ancient wisdom of plants. Peter manages to translate or interpret that wisdom into sound thanks to the vibrations produced by Tibetan singing bowls. The results are astonishing. This technique aims to heal by achieving deep states of relaxation and elevating levels of consciousness.

Rojina Thapa.
Rojina is Peter's right-hand woman. Her gentleness, subtlety, and dedication have made her a benchmark in sound treatments using Tibetan singing bowls.

Moon Ji
Samadhi House Director, and Envent Hostess. Certified in Asthanga and Hatha Yoga. Certified as a counsellor in Ayurveda, Mantra, Yoga and Meditation. Certified in Vedanta Philosophy and Sound Healing with Himalayan Bowl, Tuuning Forks and Gongs through Samkhya methodology.

Lama Gyamtso
Lama Gyamtso holds a degree in Oriental Studies from the University of Buenos Aires. He pursued Buddhist studies at the University of Buddhist Studies in Nepal and completed the traditional 3-year, 3-month, and 3-day retreat of the Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. He is an instructor of meditation, Tibetan yoga, and the Tibetan language, and leads seminars on Buddhist philosophy. Lama Gyamtso has developed his own teaching method, through which he has guided many individuals on their spiritual journey. He will also be leading workshops on consciousness development from a Buddhist perspective, alongside Keshab Ji, who will share the Vedic Hindu perspective.
