Moon-Ji
Moon, a person with boundless curiosity who from a very young age has felt deeply connected to the Hindu tradition. Later, this connection expanded into the Buddhist tradition, which led me to live in Nepal, where I found refuge in Tibetan Buddhism, specifically in the Sakya lineage. I was blessed to receive teachings from Rinpoche Chogye Trichen Ngawang Rinchen, who bestowed upon me the Buddhist name Tenzing Sangmo. Since then, I have dedicated part of my life to deepening my spirituality through the constant practice of yoga and meditation, attending Buddhist teachings without losing my link with the Hindu tradition, actively participating in celebrations and rituals in temples. My spiritual path began in India in 2003 and after much observation, learning and practice and 12 years living in Nepal we decided to open this retreat center in Nepal, with the unconditional support of my spiritual partner, without whom this project it would not be possible. In addition, I have studied Vedic philosophy, Vedanta and Samkhya, and I have trained with David Frawley in Ayurveda, mantra and meditation. I am also certified in Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, and have completed several courses in sound therapy and Himalayan and Gong bowl therapies, based on Samkhya teachings, with the purpose of accompanying and guiding people on their own path of growth and healing

Dani-Ji
In my spiritual search, I have traveled through Nepal and the Himalayan region exploring all kinds of routes, with a special focus on spiritual paths that have led me to remote and hard-to-access monasteries, nestled in magical and isolated places. I have visited monasteries of various Buddhist lineages, including the Bön tradition. In addition, I have explored sacred caves and pilgrimage sites throughout Nepal. These journeys have allowed me to deeply connect with the spirituality of the Himalayas, discovering the richness of its traditions and the unique energy of its sacred places. This experience is also the foundation of our retreat center, which seeks to share and convey the essence of these routes and ancestral teachings to those who wish to explore NEPAL SPIRITUAL. Please pay attention to the events section for scheduled excursions along the Monastery Route. For the more adventurous, we organize these routes on motorcycle.
