August 23 DAY 1 WELCOME AND INITIAL CONNECTION

Saturday - New Moon The New Moon is a favorable time for rest and planting intentions. In this retreat, we will focus our energy on setting resolutions for the new lunar cycle.

12:00 - 14:00 Arrival and check-in at Samadhi House. Ayurvedic welcome tea and introduction to the retreat.

14:00 - 15:30 Ayurvedic lunch, aligned with the principles of conscious eating.

18:00 - 19:00 Restorative yoga and guided meditation session with Elvira Ji, to connect with the intention of the retreat.

16:30 - 17:45 Sound bath with Himalayan Bowls, facilitated by Elvira

Ji, to receive healing energy and deep relaxation.

19:30 - 20:30 Light dinner based on Ayurvedic principles.

21:00 : New Moon Ritual.

 

August 24th DAY 2 BALANCE AND HEALING

Day focused on purification, self-knowledge and harmonization of the chakras, through Yoga, Mantras, Mudras & Sound

August 25th DAY 3 SPIRITUAL CONNECTION AND EXPLORATION

Day of immersion in Buddhist and Hindu spirituality, with flexibility to adapt to the flow of the moment.

06:30 - 07:00 Gentle stretches and chants Om, to wake up the body and dedicate the day (Elvira Ji).

07:00 - 07:30 Light Ayurvedic breakfast.

08:00 -15:00 Meditative walk to the Gumba (Buddhist Monastery) and Stupa in the Shivapuri National Park, practicing yoga of silence. We will be accompanied by LAMA GYANTSO, a Tibetan Buddhist, who will explain the rituals and their meaning. Kora at the Stupa and guided meditation, weather and monks permitting. Attendance at the pujas (Buddhist ceremonies) and possible meeting with the Rinpoche to receive his blessings. Descent to Samadhi House

Day focused on the integration of the process, energy harmonization and the celebration of life.

    Payment Information for the Retreat You can pay for the retreat either in full or in two installments. If you complete your payment before June 15th, you will be eligible for a special discount. Once you have made either a full or partial payment, your spot in the retreat will be officially reserved. We will send you a confirmation email to acknowledge your registration. Please note that all payments are non-refundable. If your payment (full or partial) is made after June 15th, the discount will no longer apply. For those choosing the installment option, the second payment must be made by July 30th. The only circumstance under which we will refund your payment is if the retreat is canceled due to not reaching the minimum number of participants. In such a case, we will notify you before July 10th.     2What is included in the Total Price of the Retreat?
    The price of the Retreat includes: Overnight at Samadhi House 6 days and 6 nights in shared rooms. Private rooms are available for a premium price. (Limited number). Contact us if you need a private room to check availability. The price for a private room with private bathroom for 6 nights is 370 euros extra. During retreats, sharing and meeting other people is one of the most enriching experiences.     4Where is Samadhi House located?
    Samadhi House is located in Budhanilkhanta, Kathmandu, at the entrance to Shivapuri National Park in a privileged enclave surrounded by nature and places of power attractive to the visitor. Samadhi House is a beautiful house where you will feel the influence of Nepal with all the comforts and beauty that will surprise you.
    5Do I need a visa for Nepal?
    It is not mandatory as such, since no one will check that you have current travel insurance but it is highly recommended since in case of delays, loss of luggage, medical needs, it can be very useful.
    6Do I need travel insurance to travel to Nepal?

    7What should I wear during that period of the year?
    In August and September the temperatures are pleasant. The humidity can be high depending on the weather since we are at the end of the monsoon on the dates of the Retreat and the rains can be occasional or persistent at some times of the day but they are very pleasant and appreciated. Don't worry, everything is organized so that your stay is wonderful and you enjoy the climate of Nepal whatever it is. At this time of year nature is at its best and it is one of the best times to admire the beauty of Nepal. Bring a raincoat, comfortable summer clothes, yoga clothes, slippers, flip-flops and umbrella if you want.
    8Is it necessary to get a particular vaccine?
    No, it is not necessary but we leave this point to your discretion.
    9Is the retreat all in Spanish?
    Yes, the retreat is all in Spanish, but there will be local teachers who speak English perfectly, although we will have Spanish translation service for specific classes.
    10Is Nepal a safe country for women?
    Nepal is a very safe country in general and for women in particular. Los nepalís son respetuosos con los occidentales y están felices de ofrecerte una bienvenida con sus mejores sonrisas. Sólo respeta ciertos aspectos de su cultura ya que es un país muy espiritual. Las mujeres pueden viajar solas sin problema, tomando las medidas razonables en cada situación.

    No, bottled water is used in Nepal. There is no problem in finding bottled mineral water in every corner of Nepal. At Samadhi you will have the best brand of mineral bottled water on the market 24 hours a day
